International business Boeing is keen to enter the industrial park and produce
The company made the announcement during a visit to three industrial parks in Addis Ababa by officials and experts from Boeing, Skytech and Ethiopian Airlines.
A group from Boeing, Sky Techno, and Ethiopian Airlines attended the visit, as did Shiferaw Solomon, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Industrial Parks Development Corporation, managers of Bole Lemi, Kilinto, and Information Communication Technology Park, and others.
The Bole Lemi, Kilinto, and Information Communication Technology Parks were visited, and the guests were given a detailed presentation of the investment potential in the three parks as well as a tour of their various infrastructures.
The delegation from the companies also saw the production process of a Korean company called Shints in Bole Lemi Industrial Park.
The delegation's members acknowledged their appreciation for the trip and said that they would like to take advantage of potential investment possibilities, collaborate with the company, and tour industrial parks.
Officials from Boeing, Sky Tech, and Ethiopian Airlines are included in the delegation, along with producers of aircraft wire, insulation blankets, and facility equipment maintenance.
The officials said they would work to persuade the businesses to create aviation materials in the industrial parks. Ethiopian Airlines and Boeing have committed to develop and provide aircraft cables, wire, and other equipment.
