የሲንጋፖር የወደብ ባለስልጣን በኢትዮጵያ በሎጀስቲክስ ኢንቨስትመንት እንዲሰማራ ጥሪ ቀረበ

ጥሪውን ያቀረቡት የኢንቨስትመንት ኮሚሽን ኮሚሽነር ሌሊሴ ነሜ ናቸው።

ኮሚሽነሯ ከኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚ አክሊሉ ታደሰ ጋር በመሆን ሲንጋፖር የሚገኘውን የሲንጋፖር የወደብ ባለስልጣን በመጎብኘት ከባለስልጣኑ ኃላፊዎች ጋርም ሰፊ ውይይት አድርገዋል።

በውይይቱም የሲንጋፖር ወደብ ባለስልጣን እየሰራቸው ስለሚገኙ ዝርዝር ስራዎች ውይይት የተደረገ ሲሆን በርካታ ለኢትዮጵያ ልምድ የሚሆኑ አሰራሮች የተቃኙበት ነው ተብሏል።

የኢንቨስትመንት ኮሚሽን ኮሚሽነር ሌሊሴ ነሜ በበኩላቸው ኢትዮጵያ በዘርፉ ያላትን ከፍተኛ ፍላጎት ገልፀው ባለስልጣኑ በኢትዮጵያ በኢንቨስትመንት የሚሰማራበትን ብሎም ልምድ የሚያካፍልበት መንገድ እንዲኖር ለባለስልጣኑ ኃላፊዎች ጥሪያቸውን አቅርበዋል።

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚ አክሊሉ ታደሰ በበኩላቸው ፈጣን ፤ ቀልጣፋና ውጤታማ የሎጀስቲክስ አገልግሎት መኖር ለማኑፋክቸሪንግ ዘርፍና ለኢንዱስትሪ ልማት ግብዓት የሚሆኑ ጥሬ እቃዎች አቅርቦትና ኤክፖርት ላይ የሚኖረው ፋይዳ ጉልህ መሆኑን ገልፀው ለዘርፉ እድገትም የማይተካ ሚና እንደሚኖረው ጠቁመዋል።

የሲንጋፖር የወደብ ባለስልጣን ከ50 ዓመታት በላይ ልምድ ያለውና ከ 200 ሺህ በላይ ግዙፍ ኮንቴነሮችን በአንድ ግዜ ማስተናገድ የሚችል ወደብን የሚያስተዳድር እንዲሁም በኮንቴነር ማስተናገድ አቅሙ ከአለም ቁጥር አንድ ሲሆን ወደቡ ቀልጣፋ የሎጀስቲክስ ስራዎችን እያከናወነ ይገኛል።

Port Authority of Singapore (PSA) was invited to engage in logistics investment in Ethiopia

The call was made by Ethiopian Investment Commission Commissioner Leise Neme.

The Commissioner visited the Port Authority of Singapore with IPDC CEO Aklilu Tadesse and held discussions with the officials of the authority.

In the discussion, the operation being carried out by the Authority has been reviewed and it is said that the discussion was fruitful for the experience of Ethiopia.

Commissioner of Investment Commission, Lilise Neme, expressed Ethiopia's great interest in the sector and called on the officials of the authority to find a way to engage in investment in Ethiopia and share their experience.

IPDC CEO, Aklilu Tadess, on his part pointed out that the existence of efficient and effective logistics service is significant for the supply and export of raw materials for the manufacturing sector and industrial development. He also added that it will play an irreplaceable role in the development of the sector.

The Port Authority of Singapore has 50+ years of experience and manages a port that has tha capacity to land more than 200,000 containers at a time. The port has the world's number one container handling capacity and is performing efficient logistics operations.
