የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ዘላቂ መድረክ (Industrial park sustainability platform)

ለኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ውጤታማነት የባለድርሻ አካላት የነቃ ተሳትፎና ቅንጅታዊ ስራ ወሳኝ መሆኑ ተገለጸ፡፡

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ዘላቂ መድረክ (Industrial park sustainability platform) ለማቋቋም በተዘጋጀ ውስጠ ደንብ ላይ የሚመክር የባለድርሻ አካላት የውይይት መድረክ ተካሂዷል፡፡

በውይይት መድረኩ ላይ የተገኙት በኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን የኦፐሬሽን ዘርፍ ምክትል ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ አቶ ሽፈራው ሰለሞን የዘላቂነት ፕላትፎርሙ መቋቋም የልማት አጋር ድርጅቶች፣መንግስታዊ ተቋማት፣ሲቪክ ማህበረሰብ፣ዓለም አቀፍ ተቀባይነት ያላቸው የምርት ገዥዎች እንዲሁም ሌሎች ባለድርሻ አካላት በኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ላይ በተናጠል የሚያከናዉኑትን ተግባር በማቀናጀትና የስራ መደራረብን በመቀነስ ውጤታማ በሚሆኑባቸው ዘርፎች ላይ ተለይተው ውጤት እንዲያመጡ ያስችላል ብለዋል፡፡

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ዘላቂ መድረክ መመስረቱ በኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ኢኮኖሚያዊ እድገት፣አካባቢ ጥበቃን ለማጠናከር በማህበራዊ ጉዳይ ጋር ተያይዞ አሉታዊ ተጽእኖውን መቀነስና የአካባቢውን ማህበረሰብ ተጠቃሚ ማድረግ ብቃትና ውጤት ተኮር የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርክ ስራ መስራት፣ የፖሊሲና የአሰራር ችግሮችን በመለየት መፍትሄ ለማምጣት እንዲሁም ከመሰረተ ልማት፣ከሎጅስቲክስ ና ከመንግስት አገልግሎቶች ጋር የሚነሱ ጥያቄዎችን በተቀናጀ አግባብ ወደ ስራ ለማስገባት ያለመ መሆኑን በመድረኩ ተገልጿል፡፡

የፕላትፎርሙ መመስረት የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን የኢኮ-ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮችን ለማልማትና ለማስተዳደር እንደ ራዕይ አድርጎ ከሚተገብራቸው ተግባራት ጋር በተጣጣመ መልኩ ለማከናወን ያግዛል ተብሏል፡፡

የፕላትሮርሙን ትግበራ የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን በበላይነት የሚመራው ሲሆን የልማት አጋር ድርጅቶች፣የሲቪል ማህበራት፣እንዲሁም የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማትን ያካተተ ሲሆን በመድረኩ የተነሱ የባለድርሻ አካላት አስተያየቶችን እንደግብዓት በመውሰድ በቀጣይ ወደ ስራ የሚገባ መሆኑን በመድረኩ የጋራ መግባባት ላይ ተደርሷል፡፡

'Active participation and coordination of stakeholders is crucial for the effectiveness of industrial parks' - IPDC deputy CEO Mr. Shiferaw Solomon

A stakeholder discussion forum was held to advise on the internal regulations for establishing an industrial park sustainability platform.

Mr. Shiferaw Solomon, IPDC Deputy CEO, who attended the forum, said that the establishment of the sustainability platform by development partner organizations, governmental institutions, civic society, internationally recognized buyers and other stakeholders by coordinating the activities of the industrial parks and reducing the duplication of work. He added that it will enable them to produce postive results in areas where they are effective.

It was stated in the forum tgat the establishment of a sustainable platform for industrial parks will strengthen the economic development of industrial parks, environmental protection, reduce the negative impact associated with social issues and benefit the local community.

It is said that the establishment of the platform will help IPDC to develop and manage eco-industrial parks in line with its vision.

The implementation of the platform is led by IPDC and includes development partner organizations, civil unions, as well as higher education institutions, and it was agreed that it will be implemented in the future by taking input from the stakeholders at the platform.
