በጅማ ከተማ ሲካሄድ የቆየው የኮርፖሬሽኑ የ9 ወራት የእቅድ አፈፃፀም ግምገማ ተጠናቀቀ

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ላለፉት ሁለት ቀናት በጅማ ከተማ ሲያከናውነው የቆየው የ2015 በጀት ዓመት የ9 ወራት እቅድ አፈፃፀም ግምገማ ተጠናቋል።

በማጠቃለያውም የኮርፖሬሽኑ ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚ አክሊሉ ታደሰ በቀጣይ የበጀት ዓመቱ ቀሪ ወራት በከፍተኛ ትኩረት መከናወን ባለባቸው ስትራቴጂክ የእቅድ ስራዎች ፤ የተጀመሩ የአገልግሎት አሰጣጥና የአሰራር ሪፎርሞችን በማጠናከር ፤ ተቋማዊ አሰራርን እና የኮርፖሬት የስራ ባህልን በማሳደግ ፤ በጥብቅ የስራ ዲሲፕሊን እና በበሰለ አመራር ሰጪነት ምቹ የስራ ከባቢ መፍጠርና ተቋሙ የተቋቋመለትን አላማና ግብ ለማሳካት በሚቻልባቸው አካሄዶች ላይ የስራ መመሪያና አቅጣጫ አስቀምጠዋል ።

ከማጠቃለያ ፕሮግራሙ ባሻገር በዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚው አክሊሉ ታደሰ መሪነት ሁሉም የመድረኩ ተሳታፊ ከፍተኛ አመራሮችና የስራ ኃላፊዎች የጅማ ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርክን ወቅታዊ የስራ እንቅስቃሴ ተዟዙረው የተመለከቱ ሲሆን ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚው በፓርኩ ከሚገኙ አምራች ኩባንያዎች ጋር ፍሪያማ ውይይት አድርገዋል።
