Malaysian Investors Consider Investing in Ethiopia
Malaysian Investors are considering investing in Ethiopia following a high-level visit headed by Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Dr.).
The Ethiopian delegation headed by the Premier arrived at the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, after completing the 16th BRICS Summit at the Russian City of Kazan.
The Ethiopian Delegation has briefed the investors on the investment opportunities Ethiopia offers in manufacturing, agro-processing, pharmaceutical, textile and garment, mining, and construction vis-a-vis tax and non-tax incentives.
Following a brief explanation presented to the investors, they decided to send a delegation that examines the investment opportunity the country offers.
They also decided to play their part in strengthening the trade and investment flow between the two sisterly countries.
