ከ100 ሚሊዮን ዶላር በላይ ካፒታል ያስመዘገቡ ባለሀብቶች ወደ ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ሊገቡ ነው

ኮርፖሬሽኑ ከ100 ሚሊዮን የአሜሪካን ዶላር በላይ ኢንቨስትመንት ካስመዘገቡ ኢንቨስተሮች ጋር የውል ስምምነት ተፈራረመ 

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ከ100 ሚሊዮን የአሜሪካን ዶላር በላይ የኢንቨስመንት ካፒታል ካስመዘገቡ ሃገር በቀልና የውጭ ኢንቨስተሮች ጋር የውል ስምምነት ተፈራርሟል፡፡ 

የውል ስምምነቱን የተፈራረሙት የኮርፖሬሽኑ ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ  አክሊሉ ታደሰና የየኩባንያዎቹ ባለሀብቶችና ተወካዮች ጋር ነው። 

ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚው በስምምነት ስርዓቱ ወቅት እንደገለጹት በኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ያለውን የኢንቨስትመንት ፍሰት ለመጨመርና የሃገር ውስጥ ባለሃብቶችን ተሳትፎ ለማሳደግ  በሃገር አቀፍ ደረጃ የተተገበሩ የሪፎርም ማሻሻያዎች እንዲሁም በኮርፖሬሽኑ የተሰሩት የሪፎርም ስራዎች ተጨባጭ ለውጥ ማምጣት መቻላቸውን ገልጸው የኢንቨስትመንት ፍሰቱን ለማሳደግ የሚያስችሉ ተግባራትን በማከናወን ላይ እንደሚገኙ ገልጸዋል፡፡ 

አቶ አክሊሉ በተጨማሪም ካለፉት 1 ዓመታት ወዲህ አቅም ላላቸውና ተወዳዳሪ ለሆኑ የሃገር ውስጥ ባለሃብቶች በተሰጠው ከፍተኛ ትኩረትና በኮርፖሬሽኑ ያለው የአገልግሎት አሰጣጥ በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ መሻሻሉ እንዲሁም በርካታ የኢንቨስትመንት አማራጮች እንዲኖሩ መደረጉ በፓርኮች ያለውን የኢንቨስትመንት ፍሰት በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ እንዲጨምር ማድረጉን አስታውሰው በቀጣይም ከኮርፖሬሽኑ ጋር አብረው ለመስራት የሚመጡ ባለሃብቶችን ተቀብሎ ለማስተናገድና ያለምንም ውጣ ውረድ ስራ እንዲጀምሩ ለማድረግ ከምንጊዜውም በተሻለ ዝግጁ መሆናቸውን አረጋግጠዋል፡፡ 

ከኮርፖሬሽኑ ጋር የውል ስምምነት የተፈራረሙት ባለሃብቶች በ5 ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች በአልባሳትና ጨርቃ ጨርቅ፤ በአግሮ ፕሮሰሲንግ፤ በመድሃኒት ማምረት እንዲሁም የፕላስቲክ ምርት ዘርፍ የሚሰማሩ ሲሆን ምርቶቻቸውንም ለሃገር ውስጥና ለውጭ ገበያ እንደሚያቅረቡ ይጠበቃል፡፡ 

የውል ስምምነት ፊርማ የተፈራረሙት 11 ባለሃብቶች ከ31 ሺ ሜትር ካሬ በላይ የማምረቻያ ሼድ እና 4.5 ሄክታር የለማ መሬት ከኮርፖሬሽኑ የሚረከቡ ሲሆን በሙሉ አቅማቸው ወደ ስራ ሲገቡ ከ5000 በላይ ለሚሆኑ ዜጎች የስራ እድል እንዲሁም ከ50 ሺ በላይ ለሚሆኑ አርሶ አደሮች ደግሞ ዘላቂ የገበያ ትስስርን እንደሚፈጥሩ በስምምነቱ ወቅት ተገልጿል፡፡ 

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን በሚያስተዳድራቸው 12 ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮችና አንድ ነጻ የንግድ ቀጠና ከ130 በላይ የሃገር ውስጥና የውጭ ባለሃብቶቸ በተለያዩ ዘርፎች ላይ ገብተው በመስራት ላይ ሲሆኑ ከ100ሺ በላይ ለሚሆኑ ዜጎች ደግሞ ቋሚና ጊዜያዊ የሥራ እድልን ፈጥረዋል፡፡

IPDC has signed contractual agreement with investors who have registered an investment capital of more than 100 million USD 

Industrial Parks Development Corporation has signed a contractual agreement with domestic and foreign investors who have registered investment capital of more than 100 million US dollars. 

The agreement was signed by IPDC CEO, Aklilu Tadesse along with the investors and representatives of the respective companies. 

The CEO stated during the agreement that to increase the flow of investment in industrial parks and to increase the participation of local investors, the reforms implemented at the national level as well as the reform works carried out by IPDC on local investors have been able to bring a real change and added that they are carrying out activities to increase the flow of investment. 

Mr. Aklilu also recalled that the great attention given to potential and competitive local investors, the significant improvement in the service delivery of the corporation and the availability of many investment options have greatly increased the investment flow in the parks in the past 1 year. He additionally confirmed that they IPDC is more ready than ever to receive and accommodate investors who come to work with the corporation and start work without any hard Bureaucracy. 

The investors who signed a contract with the corporation will invest in 5 industrial parks in garment and textiles, Agro processing, Pharmaceuticals, Plastic Recycling and others. And it is expected that they will supply their products to the local and international markets. 

It was stated during the agreement signing ceremony that the 11 investors who signed the contract will take over 31 thousand square meters of production shed and 4.5 hectares of service land from the corporation. 

In the 12 industrial parks and one free trade zone managed by IPDC, more than 130 local and foreign investors are working in various sectors and have created permanent and temporary employment opportunities for more than 100,000 citizens.
