የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽንና የኤዥያ አፍሪካ የንግድ ምክር ቤት ስምምነት

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽንና የኤዥያ አፍሪካ የንግድ ምክር ቤት በጋራ ለመስራት የሚያስችላቸውን የመግባቢያ ስምምነት ተፈራረሙ፡፡

የመግባቢያ ስምምነቱን  የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ አክሊሉ ታደሰ እና የኤዥያ አፍሪካ የንግድ ምክር ቤት ፕሬዚዳንት ጂዲ ሲንግ (ዶ/ር) ተፈራርመዋል፡፡ 

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ዋና  ስራ አስፈጻሚ አክሊሉ ታደሰ የመግባቢያ ስምምነቱ ለረጅም ጊዜ የቆየውን የኤዥያ  አፍሪካ ንግድ፣ ኢንቨስትመንት እንዲሁም ወዳጅነት ይበልጥ አጠናክሮ ለማስቀጠል እንደሚያግዝ ገልጸው በተለይም በኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ያለውን የኤዥያ ባለሃብቶች የኢንቨስትመንት ፍላጎት በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ የሚያሳድግ መሆኑን ገልጸዋል፡፡ 

አቶ አክሊሉ የመግባቢያ ስምምነቱ በኢትዮጵያ የኢንዱስትሪ ባህልን ለማጠናከርና በተለይም የማኑፋክቸሪንግ ዘርፉ እንዲያድግ ትልቅ ድርሻ የሚኖረው በመሆኑ ከንግድ ምክር ቤቱ ጋር  ያለውን ግንኙነት አጠናክሮ ማስቀጠል ለሀገርም ሆነ ለኮርፖሬሽኑ ያለው ጠቀሜታ የጎላ መሆኑን አክለዋል፡፡ 

የኤዥያ አፍሪካ የንግድ ምክር ቤት ፕሬዚዳንት ጂዲ ሲንግ (ዶ/ር) በበኩላቸው ከኮርፖሬሽኑ ጋር የመግባቢያ ስምምነት መፈራረማቸው በርካታ  ኢንቨስትመንቶች ወደ ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች እንዲመጡ የሚያግዝ መሆኑን ገልጸው በተለይም ኮርፖሬሽኑ በሚያስተዳድራቸው በአለም አቀፍ ስታንዳርድ በተገነቡት ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ባለሃብቶች ኢንቨስት እንዲያደርጉ በትኩረት እንደሚሰሩ አረጋግጠዋል፡፡ 

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን በሚያስተዳድራቸው ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ኢንቨስት ካደረጉት መካከል  60 በመቶ የሚሆኑት የኤዥያ ባለሃብቶች ሲሆኑ በስራ እድል ፈጠራ፣ በውጭ ምንዛሪ ግኝት እንዲሁም በቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ዘርፍ የበኩላቸውን ሚና በመወጣት ላይ ይገኛሉ፡፡ 

Industrial Parks Development Corporation and the Asia-Africa Chamber of Commerce signed a memorandum of understanding to work together. 

The MoU was signed by Aklilu Tadesse IPDC CEO of and Gidi Sing (Dr.), President of Asia-Africa Chamber of Commerce. 

IPDC CEO, Aklilu Tadesse, said that the MOU will help to strengthen the long-standing trade, investment and relationship between Asia and Africa, and it will significantly increase the investment interest of Asian investors in industrial parks. 

Mr. Aklilu added that the MOU will play a major role in strengthening the industrial culture in Ethiopia and especially in the growth of the manufacturing sector. In addition he stated that it is important to strengthen the relationship with the Chamber of Commerce for both Ethiopia and IPDC. 

Asia Africa Chamber of Commerce President Gidi Sing (Dr.) on his part stated that the signing of the MOU with the IPDC will help many investments to come to the Industrial Parks that IPDC manages. In particular, he confirmed that chamber of commerce will work hard for investors to invest in the industrial parks built according to international standards. 

60 % of those who have invested in the  industrial parks  managed by IPDC are Asian investors, and they are playing their part in job creation, foreign exchange, and technology transfer.
