ዱባይ ኢንቨስትመንት ፓርክ በኢትዮጵያ ግዙፍ ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርክ የመገንባት ፍላጎት እንዳለው ገለፀ

በኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚ አክሊሉ ታደሰ የተመራው ልዑክ በተባበሩት አረብ ኤምሬትስ ዱባይ ከተማ የሚገኘውን ዱባይ ኢንቨስትመንት ፓርክ ጎብኝቷል።

ልዑኩ ከጉብኝቱ ባሻገርም ከፓርኩ ኢንተርናሽናል ኮሜርሻል ማናጀር ሳሊም አል ሀጀሪ ጋር በኢንቨትመንት ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ ሰፋ ያለ ውይይት አካሂዷል።

የዱባይ ኢንቨስትመንት ማኔጀር ሳሊም እንደገለፁት ተቋማቸው ከኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ጋር በጋራ በመሆን በኢትዮጵያ በ1ሺ ሄክታር መሬት ላይ ያረፈና የማምረቻ ስፍራዎችን፣ የመኖሪያ አፓርትመንቶችን እንዲሁም የአስተዳደር ህንፃዎችን ጨምሮ ዘርፈ ብዙ አገልግሎት መስጠት የሚችሉ ስፍራዎችን ያካተተ ግዙፍ ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርክ መገንባት እና ማስተዳደር እንደሚፈልግ ገልፀዋል።

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ከዚህ ቀደም ከዱባይ ኢንቨስትመንት ግሩፕ ጋር በበይነ መረብ ግንኙነቶችን ሲያደርግ የቆየ ሲሆን የነበረውን ግንኙነት በማሳደግና ዝርዝር ጉዳዮች ላይ በጋራ በመስራት ወደ ኢንቨስትመንት ትግበራ ለመግባት ያለመ ውይይት ነው የተደረገው።

የዱባይ ኢንቨስትመንት ፓርክ ዱባይ ላይ ከሚገኙ ትልልቅ ኢንቨስትመንቶች አንዱ ሲሆን፣ 2300 ሄክታር ላይ ያረፈ እና ከ8 ሺ በላይ ሰራተኞችን የሚያንቀሳቅስ ግዙፍ ፓርክ ነው።

Dubai Investment Park expressed its desire to build a huge Industrial Park in Ethiopia

The delegation led by Aklilu Tadesse, IPDC CEO, visited the Dubai Investment Park in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Apart from the visit, the delegation held a wide-ranging discussion on investment issues with Salim Al Hajeri, the Park's International Commercial Manager.

According to Dubai Investment Park Manager Salim, his institution has a desire to build and manage huge Industrial Park in Ethiopia in cooperation with IPDC, which can cover a total area of 1,000 hectares of land and includes production facilities, residential apartments and administrative buildings.

IPDC has been communicating with the Dubai Investment Group through digital tools in the past, and today's discussion was concerning at increasing the existing relationship and to work together on the details of the investment implementation.

The Dubai Investment Park is one of the largest investments in Dubai, and is a huge park that covers 2300 hectares with over 8,000 employees.
