በልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኑ የፋብሪካ ሼድ ማስፋፊያ ፕሮጀክት ግንባታ ተጀመረ

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን በቦሌ ለሚ ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞን የፋብሪካ ሼድ ማስፋፊያ ፕሮጀክት አስጀመረ፡፡

የፕሮጀክቱን ማስጀመሪያ የመሰረት ድንጋይ የማስቀመጥ መርሃ ግብር በዛሬው እለት የተከናወነ ሲሆን የመሰረት ድንጋዩን የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ ፍሰሃ ይታገሱ (ዶ/ር) እና የኮርፖሬሽኑ ማኔጅመንት አባላት አኑረዋል፡፡

በቦሌ ለሚ ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞን የሚካሄደው ግንባታ በ7.5 ሄክታር ላይ የሚያርፍ መሆኑን የጠቀሱት ዶ/ር ፍስሃ ስራው በራስ አቅም እንደሚገነባ ጠቁመው ይህም የፕሮጀክቱን ወጪ አሁን ካለው የግንባታ ገበያ ዋጋ አንጻር በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ ለመቀነስ ያስችላል ብለዋል፡፡

በማስፋፊያ ፕሮጀክቱ የሚገነቡት የፋብሪካ ሼዶች ሌሎች ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞኖች ካላቸው የሼድ መጠን ጋር የሚስተካከል መሆኑን የጠቆሙት ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚው የማኔጅመንት አባላት ተገቢውን ትኩረት እና ክትትል በማድረግ ፕሮጀክቱ በአጭር ጊዜ እንዲጠናቀቅ አደራ ብለዋል፡፡

ፕሮጀክቱ ቦሌ ለሚ ልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞን ላይ ያለን ከፍተኛ የማምረቻ ቦታ ፍላጎት መሰረት ተደርጎ እንደሚገነባ ያመላከቱት ዋና ስራ አስጻሚው የስራው በስኬት መጠናቀቅ በሌሎች ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞኖች ለሚከናወኑ ስራዎችም ተጨማሪ አቅም አንደሚፈጥር ገልጸዋል፡፡

በኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን የኮንስትራክሽን ቢዝነስ ዩኒት ስራ አስፈጻሚ ኢንጅነር ሰመረ ብረሃኑ በበኩላቸው ፕሮጀክቱ ስራ ለማስጀመር የሚያስችል የዲዛይን ስራ ተሰርቶ መጠናቀቁን ጠቁመው የግንባታው ስራም በ1 ዓመት ውስጥ ለማጠናቀቅ እየተሰራ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል፡፡

ፕሮጀክቱ ሰባት የፋብሪካ ሼዶችን እና አስፈላጊ መሰረተ ልማቶች ማሟላትን የሚያካትት ሲሆን የፋብሪካ ሼዶችን ስፋት ከ3000 ሜትር ስኩዌር እስከ 5000 ሜትር ስኩዌር እንደሚሰፋ ጠቁመዋል፡፡

Construction Launches for Factory Shed Expansion Project in BLSEZ
The Industrial Parks Development Corporation (IPDC) has officially launched the construction of a factory shed expansion project in Bole Lemi Special Economic Zone (BLSEZ).

A groundbreaking ceremony marking the official commencement of the project was held today. The cornerstone was laid by Dr. Feseha Yitagsu, CEO of IPDC, in the presence of the corporation’s management team.

According to Dr. Feseha, the project spans 7.5 hectares and will be executed by IPDC’s Construction Business Unit, a move expected to significantly reduce costs compared to prevailing market rates.

The new factory sheds being developed are designed to be comparable in size and quality to those in other special economic zones. The CEO emphasized the importance of dedicated oversight and timely execution to ensure the project is completed swiftly.

Dr. Feseha also noted that the expansion will address the growing demand for manufacturing space within the BLSEZ and will contribute additional capacity for future projects in other industrial parks.

Engineer Semere Birhanu, Executive of the IPDC Construction Business Unit, confirmed that design work has been finalized, and land preparation is currently in progress. He stated that the construction is expected to be completed within the next 12 months.

The project includes the development of seven factory sheds along with essential infrastructure. Each shed will have a floor area ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 square meters.
