በዘመናዊ መንገድ  እንጆሪ እና ሳፍሮን በማምረት ለውጪ ገበያ የሚያቀርብ ኩባንያ በልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞኑ ወደ ስራ ሊገባ ነው

በ2 ሚሊዮን የአሜሪካን ዶላር ኢንቨስትመንት በዘመናዊ መንገድ እንጆሪ እና ለመድሃኒት ግብዓት የሚውል ሳፍሮን የተሰኘ አበባ በማምረት ለውጪ ገበያ የሚያቀርብ አፍሪካን ፋርሚንግ ኢንዱስትሪስ የተሰኘ ኩባንያ ወደ ስራ ሊገባ ነው፡፡

ኩባንያው ከኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ጋር ለመስራት የሚያስችለውን የመግባቢያ ስምምነት ተፈራርሟል፡፡

የመግባቢያ ስምምነቱን የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ ፍሰሃ ይታገሱ (ዶ/ር) እና የአፍሪካን ፋርሚንግ ኢንዱስትሪስ ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ ናሱር ማሃማት ተፈራርመዋል፡፡

የአፍሪካን ፋርሚንግ ኢንዱስትሪስ ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ ናሱር ማሃማት  በስምምነቱ ወቅት እንደገለጹት ኩባንያው ዘመናዊ ቴክኖሎጅን ተጠቅሞ በቨርቲካል ፋርሚንግ  በማምረት ወደ ውጭ እንደሚልክና በዚህም ኢትዮጵያን ግንባር ቀደም  የእንጆሪ እና ሳፍሮን ላኪ ሃገር ለማድረግ እንደሚሰራ ገልጸው ለዚህም ኩባንያው በቻድ ያካበተውን ልምድ ተጠቅሞ በኢትዮጵያ የተሻለ ስራ እንደሚሰራ ገልጸዋል፡፡

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ ፍሰሃ ይታገሱ (ዶ/ር) ኩባንያው ይዞት የመጣው ፕሮፖዛል በኮርፖሬሽኑ የስራ ሂደት ውስጥ አዲስ መሆኑን ጠቅሰው ለውጤታማነቱ ተገቢው ድጋፍ ይደረጋል ብለዋል፡፡ 

አፍሪካን ፋርሚንግ ኢንዱስትሪስ ኩባንያ በቦሌ ለሚ ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርክ 5000 ካሬ ሜትር የለማ መሬት እና 3000 ካሬ ሜትር ሼድ ተረክቦ ወደ ስራ የሚገባ ሲሆን ለበርካታ ዜጎች የስራ እድልን እና ለግብርናው ክፍለ ኢኮኖሚ የቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ይፈጥራል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል፡፡ 

ኩባንያው ስራ ሲጀምር አፈር ሳይጠቀሙ ምርት ማምረት የሚያስችለውን ዘመናዊ አሰራር (hydroponics and vertical farming) ለኢትዮጵያ ያስተዋውቃል፡፡ 

Africa Farming Industries to produce strawberries, saffron in Bole Lemi SEZ
The Industrial Parks Development Corporation (IPDC) and Africa Farming Industries (AFI) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding that allows AFI to produce and export strawberries and saffron. 
This agreement marks a significant milestone in Ethiopia’s strategy to become a global leader in high-value agricultural exports.
"Our investment is more than just farming—it’s about positioning Ethiopia on the global map as a producer of premium strawberries and saffron. We are bringing cutting-edge technology, sustainable practices, and an export-driven strategy that will benefit both local communities and international consumers," said Mr. Nassour Mahamat, CEO& Chairman of Africa Farming Industries.
Dr. Feseha Yitagesu, CEO of IPDC, emphasized the importance of this partnership, noting that the investment concept is new to the corporation. 
The CEO also highlighted that the project aligns with Ethiopia’s vision to modernize its agricultural sector, increase exports, and attract foreign direct investment. He assured investors that his office is ready to support the realization of the project.  
The two-million-dollar investment established in Bole Lemi Special Economic Zones (SEZ) is expected to accelerate Ethiopia’s agricultural modernization efforts. 
AFI, a subsidiary of Pluton Invest, was established in 2020 in Chad. With expertise in AI-driven precision farming, climate-controlled hydroponics, and sustainable agriculture, AFI is set to place Ethiopia among the world’s leading producers of two of the most lucrative agricultural products: strawberries and saffron. 
The AI-powered vertical farming system will ensure year-round production, high yields, and strict quality control.
