2.1 ቢሊዮን ብር ገቢ መሰብሰቡ

ኮርፖሬሽኑ በተጠናቀቀው በጀት 2.1 ቢሊየን ብር ገቢ አግኝቷል

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን በተጠናቀቀው የ2016 በጀት ዓመት ከ2.1 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ገቢ ማግኘቱ ተገልጿል።

ኮርፖሬሽኑ የ2016 በጀት ዓመት የእቅድ አፈጻጸሙን በሐዋሳ ከተማ በመገምገም ላይ ይገኛል፡፡

በመድረኩም ኮርፖሬሽኑ በተጠናቀቀው በጀት ዓመት ከ2.1 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ገቢ ያገኘው ለኢንቨስተሮች ከሚቀርቡ በማምረቻ ሼዶችና በለማ መሬት ኪራይ ፤ ለመኖሪያ ቤቶች ከሚያገለግሉ አፓርትመንቶች እንዲሁም ከህንፃዎች ኪራይ እና ለኢንቨስተሮች ከሚቀርቡ የተለያዩ ኢንቨስተር ተኮር የገቢ ማግኛ አገልግሎቶችና መንገዶች መሆኑ ተመላክቷል።

በበጀት ዓመቱ ከተገኘው ገቢ ውስጥ ከ282 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ ትርፍ መገኘቱ በመድረኩ ሲገለፅ የኮርፖሬሽኑ የገቢ እና የትርፍ አፈፃፀሞች ውጤታማ እንዲሆኑ ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮችና የድሬዳዋ ነፃ ንግድ ቀጠና ፤ የኢንዱስትሪ ፕሮጀክቶች አገልግሎት እንዲሁም የተለያዩ ተጨማሪ ገቢ ማግኛ መንገዶች በየደረጃው አበርክቶ እንዳላቸው ተጠቁሟል።

In the last 2016 fiscal year, the corporation earned more than 2.1 billion birr from the rental of production sheds, service land offered to investors, from the apartments used for housing and the rental of buildings and various investor-oriented ways of earning income.

It was also revealed that, profit of more than 282 million birr was earned from the income collected in the fiscal year.

The industrial parks, Dire Dawa Free Trade Zone the service of industrial projects as well as various ways of generating additional income have contributed at every level to make the corporation's income and profit performance effective.
