የኮርፖሬሽኑ የ "Act Excellence" ፕሮግራም የመጀመሪያ ዙር

የኮርፖሬሽኑ የ Act Excellence የመጀመሪያ ዙር ፕሮግራም በመካሄድ ላይ ነው 

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን "Act Excellence" በሚል ስያሜ የጀመረው ግዙፍ ፕሮግራም አካል የሆነውና በመጀመሪያው ዙር ከኮርፖሬሽኑ ዋናው ቢሮ እና ከኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች የተወጣጡ ተሳታፊዎች የሚካፈሉበት ስልጠና በቻይና ሀገር በመካሄድ ላይ ይገኛል። 

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን በተቋሙ የሚሰሩ ሰራተኞችን አቅም በማጎልበት የተጣለበትን ሀገራዊ ሀላፊነት ፕሮፌሽናል በሆነ መንገድ ለመወጣት ያለመው የ "Act excellence" ፕሮግራም የመጀመሪያ ዙር ሰልጣኞች በቻይና ቤጅንግ በሚካሄደው ስልጠና እየተሳተፉ ናቸው። 

ተሳታፊዎቹ በስልጠናው ያገኟቸው እውቀት፤ ልምድና አቅሞች ወደ ስራ ሲመለሱ በኮርፖሬሽኑ የተጀመሩ የሪፎርም ስራዎችን አጠናክረው ለማስቀጠል የሚያግዛቸው ሲሆን ከስልጠናው በተጨማሪ ከተለያዩ ሀገራት ለተውጣጡ የስልጠናው ተሳታፊዎች ኮርፖሬሽኑን የማስተዋወቅና በየሀገራቱ ያለውን ምቹ የኢንቨስትመንት ሁኔታ የተመለከተ ውይይት በማድረግ የጋራ ሀሳቦችን እየተለዋወጡ ይገኛሉ። 

በቻይና ቤጅንግ በሚካሄደው የአቅም ማጎልበቻ ስልጠና ከ21 የተለያዩ የዓለም ሀገራት የተውጣጡ   ባለሙያዎች እንዲሁም ዲፕሎማቶች በመሳተፍ ላይ ይገኛሉ።

IPDC's first round of the "Act Excellence" program is underway 

As part of the huge program of IPDC named "Act Excellence", the first round of training for participants from the corporation's head quarter and industrial parks is underway in China. 

On The first round of "Act excellence" program trainees are participating in Beijing, China, which aims to professionally fulfill the national responsibility of Industrial Parks Development Corporation by empowering the employees with excellence. 

The knowledge and experience that the participants gained from the training will help them to strengthen the reform works started by the corporation. In addition to the training, the participants of IPDC are promoting the corporation and discussing the favorable investment situation in each country and are exchanging common ideas. 

Experts and diplomats from 21 different countries are participating in the capacity building training being held in Beijing, China.
